The king of Morcia has been double-crossed by his most trusted advisor. Lord Vladek and his shadow knights want to rule the kingdom of Morcia. It's up to a young knight named Sir Jayko to foil Vladek's plot and return the king to his rightful throne.

The side-scrolling Lego Knights' Kingdom takes you to dungeons and woods in search of the king. Along the way, Sir Jayko will find lost keys and artifacts. Although Lego Knights' Kingdom follows a linear story, each level has several side-areas to explore and puzzles to solve. You can always go back and explore areas you missed previously.

Most of the gameplay involves solving puzzles, then sword-fighting with the shadow knights and other bad guys. Sir Jayko's sword has a power to project a beam of light. If the beam gauge depletes, collect crystals to replenish it.

Via the Game Boy Advance Game Link Cable, you can duel in a tournament with a friend. Hand-to-hand combat and jousting are the staples of the knight's way of life. Learn to do both and you'll be written about in books for ages to come.
