The legend of the Ring has been told countless times before in novels and
movies. Now, relive the experience on your Game Boy Advance in The Lord of the
Rings: The Two Towers from publisher EA and developer Griptonite Games.
From Big Screen to Small Screen
Based on the movie license of the same name, The Two Towers takes a
straightforward approach to storytelling. Stripping away virtually any RPG
trappings, The Two Towers features arcade-style hack-and-slash action from a
handy isometric viewpoint.
Fellowship of the Ring
Choose from five of Tolkein's greatest heroes on your journey to save Middle
Earth from tyranny. Each character has his or her own attributes to suit
virtually any combat style. As you fight through endless swarms of orcs and
ogres, your character will gain in strength and abilities. You can also pick up
weapons and armor from fallen foes.
Each hero features fluid animation and character portraits lifted from the New
Line Cinema movies. A full-motion video introduction pulls you into the Lord of
the Rings universe.
Staying faithful to the concept of fellowship, you can bring a friend on your
journey. Two GBAs, a GBA Game Link cable and two Game Paks are required for
cooperative multiplayer action.
