Medabots AX: Metabee Version and its sibling Pak, Medabots AX: Rokusho Version, follow the build-and-battle adventures of the popular Medabots animated TV series.

Set in the near future, the TV series focuses on a group of kids and their highly customizable pet robots, called Medabots. Each Medabot uniquely mirrors the personality of its owner. Medabots compete against each other in exciting Robattles.

A Medabot comprises a Tin-Pet; individual Medaparts; and a Medal. There are only two types of Tin-Pets: female or male. There are four types of Medaparts: the head, the right arm, the left arm and the legs. A Medal acts as the soul and brain of a Medabot. Once you have all elements, the functions of the Medabot are revealed.

The Games
"Metabee" and "Rokusho" are the names of the beginning Medabots in the respective games. In both games, a player controls and upgrades a Medabot with parts won in tournaments or acquired via trade.

You'll be able to find most Medabots and Medaparts in both games, but about 20 percent of each game's inventory is exclusive. Talk about maximum replayability - more than 3.5 million different combinations of parts are possible!

Players can trade parts and battle via a GBA Game Link cable. Each player will need his or her own GBA and a Medabots AX Game Pak.
