Our standard method of delivery is via Registered Air Mail Service from Thailand, which allows 10-14 working days delivery period. From the shipping rate table below you can see that the more items you order the more you can save on your shipping cost. Also, don't forget that when you order for more than US$100 you will get your shipping completely free!!

We strive to process all orders within 1-2 working days.  

Please Note: If we do not have a certain item ordered in stock we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have a choice of either replacing that item, get a refund for that item, or wait until we are able to locate that item (usually within 7- 14 days)

Our Nintendo DS games come with a box (No manual and no cover). They are all multi zoned games; meaning that you can play them regardless of what system your Console is (NTSC, Pal, etc..) Our Nintendo Gameboy advance Games are also multi zoned cartridges and can be played on all gameboy systems (GBA, GBA SP, GBA Micro, DS, DS Lite.) In order to bring you the best possible prices, we do NOT include manuals with these games, and some of the older games come only as cartridges. In order to keep the cartridges safe and secure during transit and for your own use we provide shock proof plastic casing.

*We do not include the plastic shock proof casing for GBA games which are shipped with the original box. Also, please note that we flatten the boxes in order to minimize damage during transit. You can easily reassemble the boxes once you receive them.

Cancellation Rights and Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the products that you purchased for any reason, returns will be accepted within 30 days after the item is received.

Additional points to consider when returning goods:

1. When a customer wants to replace an item due to damage, we will do so according to stock availability. Sending the replaced item is free of charge.

2.When customer wants to return an item for a refund, a refund will be issued excluding the shipping costs, however if refund is asked for due to our mistake or the item received isn't as described a full refund will be issued including the shipping cost.  (Please ship via Registered Airmail only)

3. Discounted or promoted items bought (including free shipping option orders) are not eligible for returns or exchange, unless a mistake was made on our part, or if the item is damaged.

4. If the GBA and NDS cartridges are tempered in any way or the seal (sticker) removed we will no longer be able to provide you with a refund or replacement.

5. We will not be held responsible for incorrect address or insufficient address. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure their shipping address is correct, and that there is someone to claim the package once it arrives. We will not be responsible for unclaimed packages.

Damaged Goods

Every product is inspected and tested carefully before packing and ahead of distribution to guarantee that the goods are neither flawed nor lacking. In the case that you receive your package in an unsatisfactory state, it is essential that you contact us ASAP. We will then figure out arrangements with you to return the goods for a replacement or a refund. Do not attempt to temper with the cartridges in any way or refund /replacement will be refused. 

Complaints or suggestions 

In case of any complaints or suggestions, we would like to hear about it in order to improve our services. We would like to know in what areas we are lacking and how we can create better customer service, for that reason you may contact us via email.
