Wield your financial savvy and management finesse to make your tower of power the coolest place in town. When you?€?re not counting your cash, you?€?ll need to take care of security breaches, bug infestations and fire breakouts -- all in a day's work.

This interesting simulation game calls on you to expand as quickly as possible without over-extending yourself financially. You're given control of a plot of land in a budding urban center and what you do with it is up to you. Will you make it a gigantic apartment building, a retail center, a five-star hotel or maybe the epicenter of the business district? More likely, for your building to succeed, you'll need to build elements of all as your tower grows to 40 stories.

Although you need to make as much money as you can, the bigger goal is to attract as many people to your building as possible. You can guarantee some of those things by building condos and office buildings in your tower, but in the long run, you'll need thriving restaurants and shops in order to attract large numbers of passers-by into your building.

The control scheme makes gameplay easy-to-navigate. The screen isn't muddled with menus, instead you call menus up by pressing the R Button. The same technique is applied when you want to see the overall health of the building and the satisfaction levels of those who enter. With the menus hidden away, you spend a chunk of your time looking at the on-screen activity within your building. It won't take you long to recognize what parts of your building are successes and which ones need some work.

One key, however, is having enough of the essentials. This means putting plenty of bathrooms everywhere, making sure the elevators aren't overcrowded and hiring enough security and cleaning crews to keep everyone safe and healthy. These necessities cost you very little when you consider the comforts they bring your guests.
